I wonder if the dosage on the Roederer Estate wines has come down just a smidge. I’ve always enjoyed the basic NV, but it almost always seemed quite sweet, even before the era of low/no dosage Champagnes.
David, I heard back from the winery right away. In recent years the dosage has fallen from 12 g/L to 10 g/L and now to its current 8 g/L. I applaud this choice.
