These images of the basil and the pesto are so crisp I can just taste it. Reminds me of watching my mom make it when I was a kid in Madison, Wisconsin.

Joshua, thanks for the nice comment. Alas, my mother never made pesto, so I missed a couple decades' worth of enjoyment! I'm making up for lost time.
